How many times have you listened to this? or even watched the movie? It represents a variety of feelings and emotions each time that I've seen/listened/or played the music myself. Very moving.

I can't wait for this album to garce the stage like Roger has been hinting at all these years. i think the highlight of such a play will be the song The Trial, this song is made for such a stage.Imagine all the props like they used when they toured with this album.

I love you man!!!!!

Grantchester Meadows kept me reasonably sane during my time at war.

Just listening to it again, I think creatively Happiest Days of our Lives is Mason's finest moment.

As far as execution, it's on par with all of the others. Which is to say I have never, EVER heard him live (twice) or on an album botch his part. He has never missed a beat that I know of!

Anybody else ever noticed that?

Last year, Roger brought The Wall to town. My son took me to see it. While not my favorite album at all, and why people would pay $80 to listen Roger complain for 3 hours ever escapes me, I have to be honest and say it was the greatest show I have ever seen. And there was some satisfaction having seen Pink Floyd on their first trip to town on July 14th, 1968, the first trip with David on the axe, and what will probably be the last time time anything that can be reasonably can be called Pink Floyd will come here.
